The inaugural Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer Survivorship Conference was held 1-3 February 2013 at the FCIC and Stamford Grand Glenelg in South Australia.

More than 280 people attended the meeting, representing a diverse background of cancer survivors, medical professionals, allied health staff, cancer researchers, advocates and others from around the world.

The program highlighted key areas of cancer survivorship with session speakers including leaders in their fields from Australia, New Zealand and the US. An esteemed scientific program committee of cancer professionals joined Conference Convenor Professor Bogda Koczwara to develop the program with the support of a survivor advisory group largely made up of Cancer Voices SA members.
